- Saturday daytime, 9 am to 2 pm, for a lunch or brunch. Choose a Gather evening if you want dinner and a dance.

- Round tables for guests, a place at the front for speeches and a memory table with photos and cards.

- Setup at nine, guests at eleven, lunch at noon, speeches and gifts at one, out by two.
