How we handle the details you send us.
When you request a date or book a tour, we receive your name, phone number, email, the date you asked about and any notes you add. We use them only to answer you and to manage your booking.
Bookings are stored in our own booking system, hosted by Cloudflare, which also sends your confirmation emails. We keep a booking for up to twelve months after its date, and cancelled or declined requests for ninety days, then delete them. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else.
