Booking
How do I book?
Check your date, take a tour, then sign the agreement and pay the deposit to hold the date.
Is a date request a booking?
No. A request tells us your date and asks if it is free. Your date is booked once you sign the agreement and pay the deposit.
How fast will I hear back?
Within two business hours during opening hours.
Can I see the hall first?
Yes. Book a thirty minute tour with the venue manager on the tour page.
Are Sundays available?
Sunday afternoons, 3 to 9 pm, on dates the church releases.
Prices and payments
What does the price include?
Every package includes the room, tables and chairs, setup and cleanup time, and an attendant on site. Celebrate adds linens, uplighting, a dance floor and a security officer, and Grand Occasion adds a day-of coordinator, AV and a second officer. Catering is arranged with your own caterer. See every inclusion on the rates page.
Is there a deposit?
A $500 refundable damage deposit, returned after the post-event inspection.
What if I need to cancel or change my date?
The terms are in your rental agreement. If your plans change, call us first and we will talk through your options.
The day itself
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes, any licensed and insured caterer.
How many guests can the hall hold?
It depends on the layout. Tell us your guest count and the venue manager will suggest the right setup.
Is security required?
Celebrate includes one security officer and Grand Occasion includes two. For other bookings, ask the venue manager what your event needs.
Is there parking?
Yes, on site.
Is alcohol allowed?
Ask the venue manager on your tour. The rules for your event are written into your rental agreement.
What time must the event end?
Your package hours set the end time, with cleanup inside them. Ask about a later finish on your tour.
Come and see the room.
Book a tour with the venue manager, or check whether your date is open. A date request is not a booking.
