The rehearsal dinner is where the two families finally sit down together. A weekday evening here gives you long tables, room for toasts and a kitchen your caterer can use, without paying for a full wedding package.

- The weekday rate, Monday to Thursday, four hours with tables, chairs and cleanup included. For a Friday evening, choose the Gather package.
- Layout
- One or two long family tables, a small head table for the couple and a corner for a slideshow or photo board.
- A typical evening
- Doors at five, dinner at six, toasts and the slideshow at seven thirty, done by nine.
