Family reunions
Long tables, name tags and four generations.
A family reunion needs more than a picnic table. The hall has room for long tables, a food line, a children’s corner and a wall for the family tree or a photo timeline, all out of the weather.
- Time most hosts choose
- Saturday daytime, 9 am to 2 pm, with setup and cleanup inside your hours.
- Layout
- Long tables grouped by branch of the family, a buffet line, a children’s corner and a wall for photos.
- A typical day
- Setup at nine, doors at eleven, lunch at noon, the family photo at one, everyone home by two.
